You are invited to participate in Higher Education Interview Days from听February 27 - 28, 2025.听This virtual event will allow you to interview for assistantships and other paid positions as well as learn more about the 黑料正能量 Lynch School M.A. in Higher Education program.
听
All interviews will occur on February 27 and 28, 2025. Informational sessions will be held throughout the week via Zoom. Informational sessions will be closed captioned and recorded and available after the programs for rewatching at a time that is convenient.听
Please note:听Interview Days are for full-time admitted students only. If you were admitted as a part-time student and have questions regarding employment opportunities, please reach out to the Interview Days team at听hefiexp@bc.edu.

Review available positions. In the form, apply to no more than 10 openings at 黑料正能量. You may apply to positions at other institutions as well, bringing your total applications above 10.
RSVP and apply to positions for Interview Days, our virtual, multi-day event aimed at helping you find an assistantship.
When you RSVP, you will indicate the time blocks during which you are available.听While you may have school or work obligations, we encourage you to select as many time blocks as possible to increase your opportunity to interview with employers.听Students should commit to being available for entire time block(s). If you are unable to participate in interviews for an entire time block, please do not select that time period in your RSVP form. We are unable to accommodate partial block availability.
- Interviews will occur in two blocks each day:
- Morning block: 9:15 AM - 12:00 PM (4 interviews possible)听
- Afternoon block: 1:15 PM - 4:45 PM (5 interviews possible)

Thank you for your interest in hiring a 黑料正能量 Higher Education graduate assistant for the 2025-26 academic year!
This year's Interview Days event will be held virtually.
Interview Days will be held on Thursday, February 27 - 28, 2025. Supervisors will have the opportunity to interview up to ten students per day, with interviews running from 8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Since we will have students interviewing from various parts of the world with different time zones, we greatly value your flexibility and availability to meet with them during these scheduled times. The event is open to all supervisors providing a paid/stipended听internship or graduate assistantship opportunity for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Interview Days Timeline
- January 8:听Deadline for supervisors to submit GA/Intern posting to听hefiexp@bc.edu听(this deadline is firm).听Supervisors should refer to the position template and sample when creating their position descriptions.
- January 15:听All GA/Intern postings are made live on this website for students to review.听
- January 27:听Students must commit to attending Interview Day and send in their assistantship/GA preferences and applications.
- February 6: Supervisors receive (via email) resumes and candidate profiles from students who are interested in their position(s).
- February 13:听Deadline for supervisors to indicate the students they would like to interview along with their availability for Interview Day (an online form will be provided to all supervisors on February 6).
- February 21: Supervisors receive their Interview Day schedules.
- February听27:听Interview Day (8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.)
- February 28:听Interview Day (8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.)
- March 12:听Supervisors may start making offers. Once a student has accepted, please email听hefiexp@bc.edu听ASAP so that we can remove your posting. Please also notify us if you do not match with a student for your position.
Students will apply to positions through the , and candidate applications will be forwarded to supervisors by February 6. After reviewing applications, prospective supervisors will fill out a form in which you rank candidates for interviews and indicate your availability to participate in interviews during Interview Days.听For scheduling purposes, we ask you to plan to commit to a full time block of interviews wherever possible.
All interviews will take place on Zoom. Supervisors will be asked to provide a stable Zoom link when submitting preferences for candidates (e.g. a recurring meeting link without time constraints). We encourage you to use the "waiting room" feature when setting up your Zoom link in order to manage the flow of candidates in and out of your interviews. If your Zoom Room uses a password for external guests, we will collect that information as well so that students are able to access your Zoom Room for interviews.
